Jake Xerxes Fussell 2/21/2026

February 21, 2026 08:00 PM

Jake Xerxes Fussell is a singer, guitarist, and composer born and raised in Columbus, GA - and currently living in Durham, NC.

His intuitive creative process often draws from traditional music and archival field recordings-incorporating elements of songs from the past into new work. He is, according to Ann Powers of NPR, "maybe the leading interpreter of American folk music right now..."

Fussell will be performing with support from Dougie Poole, a musician and songwriter living in Los Angeles. Coming of age in Providence, Rhode Island’s DIY scene in the early 2010’s, he dabbled in heavier and more experimental music before maturing into a country auteur.

The doors for this event will open at 7pm.
This event is 21+.
